Why I do this
Technology has always been my thing. For over a decade I’ve worked in IT — solving problems one ticket at a time and growing into leading the team. Through all of it, my favorite moment has never changed: the relief on someone’s face when their tech headache simply disappears.
But I kept seeing the same thing. The businesses that need great IT the most are the ones least likely to have it. No IT department, no one to call — just an owner or office manager stuck being the “tech person” on top of their real job.
That’s why I started JLV Technology Solutions. I bring the same skills I use supporting complex business environments to the small businesses in my community, and I treat every one of them like a neighbor. Whether it’s setting up a new laptop in the morning or automating your busywork with AI in the afternoon, you’ll get someone who genuinely cares that it’s done right.
